The NLdigital Terms are filed in Dutch. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch text prevails.
The NLdigital Terms and Conditions are the standard terms and conditions of the Dutch ICT sector. Among other things, they cover the delivery of services, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and the processing of personal data.
